The Power of Protein

Protein supplements can be very confusing. Questions that are often asked include: When do I take them? How many grams of protein do I need? What kind do I take? Well, in this post I’ll go over the basics of protein supplementation in relation to exercise and how to use protein to maximize anabolic potential. A lot of people think they know the basics about protein supplementation. I encourage you to not only read this but to also look at my references and interpret the data in those publications for yourself.
